On February 6, 2026, Risun Group's Dingzhou Risun Hydrogen Energy Co., Ltd. ("Risun Hydrogen") passed the 2025 Clean Hydrogen Certification of the National Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Vehicle Demonstration Evaluation Platform. This is the fourth consecutive year that Risun Hydrogen has received this certification, not only continuously demonstrating Risun Hydrogen's technical strength in clean and low-carbon hydrogen production but also providing key support for the company's high-purity hydrogen products to enter the international market.

At 9:18 a.m. on February 3, 2026, following the successful commissioning of the first coke oven (No. 2 coke oven) on December 31, 2025, another good news came from Risun Group's Pingxiang Industrial Park’s 1.8 million t/a coking project: the No. 1 coke oven was officially ignited and started heating up.

On January 22, 2026, China Risun Group Limited (1907.HK) announced that its board of directors had approved a proposal to grant 4.503 million shares to 600 employees. Together with the first grant of 9.915 million shares to 197 employees on September 1, 2025, a total of 14.418 million shares have been granted to 797 employees. With this, all mid-to-senior level managers and core personnel of China Risun Group Limited have been included in the stock incentive program.
