Deepening Global Market Presence, Exploring New Opportunities for Amino Alcohols – 2026 Shanghai CAC Exhibition

03 Apr,2026

In the spring of March, by the banks of the Huangpu River, the global agrochemical industry once again turned its attention to the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). From March 17 to 19, 2026, 26th China International Agrochemical & Crop ProtectionExhibition was grandly held as scheduled. As one of the most influential professional exhibitions in the global agrochemical sector, this year's CAC brought together over 2,000 exhibitors from 34 countries and regions, covering an exhibition area of more than 140,000 square meters, and attracting nearly 60,000 professional visitors from over 120 countries and regions. The event showcased the latest achievements across the entire industrial chain, including pesticides, fertilizers, biostimulants, agrochemical equipment, crop protection machinery, and smart agriculture.
Led by the head of the Amino Alcohol Marketing Department, a five-person team from our department participated in the entire event in a proactive, targeted manner, carrying core product materials and technical solutions. Over the three exhibition days, we moved through the various halls, visiting the booths of more than 20 existing and potential cooperative customers, and held in-depth discussions with several overseas clients in the business areas within the venue — achieving fruitful results.
Reuniting with Old Friends, Meeting New Ones
Considering exhibition costs and communication efficiency, our department did not set up an independent booth at this CAC. Instead, we adopted a model of "scheduled visits + on-site liaison." One week before the exhibition, we arranged meeting times and booth numbers with core domestic and international customers and potential partners via email, WeChat, WhatsApp, and other channels.
During the exhibition, our sales team split into three groups, visiting different professional zones — pesticide technicals, pesticide intermediates, fertilizer additives, biostimulants, agrochemical equipment — and called on customers at their booths one by one. At each stop, we brought sample bottles of amino alcohol products, technical data sheets, and customized application case brochures. In the meeting areas or standing conversation zones of customer booths, we engaged in practical discussions on product performance, supply stability, application challenges, and other topics.
Gaining Insight into Industry Trends, Targeting New Tracks
In addition to intensive customer visits, our sales staff also attended several side events held concurrently with CAC, such as the Global Agrochemical Market Analysis Forum and the Biostimulants & New Fertilizers Development Conference. According to visitor product interest data, the most popular areas at this exhibition were pesticide technicals (43.39%), biostimulants (15.61%), agrochemical production equipment (49.20%), and smart agriculture (11.41%). These align closely with the potential application directions of our amino alcohol products.
Never Stop Moving, Serving Globally
Although the exhibition has come to an end, our service never stops. During this CAC, our department visited or hosted exchanges at 32 customer booths, among which 18 involved in-depth discussions, and we gained 9 new potential customers. Follow-up work including sample delivery, technical testing, and quotation is now in full swing.
In 2026, we will further develop on the basis of our existing amino alcohol product line, striving to create more differentiated advantages in the fields of pesticide intermediates and biostimulants. We look forward to joining hands with global partners to support sustainable agricultural development with high-quality chemicals.
Shanghai CAC — see you again next year!
